We all get hooked by our thoughts and emotions at times. It's a terrible feeling to be stuck in a loop. However, you can't begin to break patterns until you understand why they're there. I can help you identify and break stuck patterns.

Usually when folks come to see me they are exhausted from the endless battle with their mind. I'll work with you to help you get space and create a new relationship with your mind and uncomfortable sensations so they aren't in control.
