Hi! I'm Dr. Jessica
I help busy minds stop the endless worry loops.Ā Find out how Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) canĀ help you show up as your authentic self.
Monthly Tips & InsightsWhat does your life look like now?
If you're anything like I was, it's a lot of abandoned goals, moments of staring off into nothingness thinking of all the "what ifs" and feeling utterly disconnected and just stuck in life. You might even be checking all the boxes you "should" be but it feels a little empty.
It's easy to get caught in patterns that aren't working for you anymore. Maybe it gives you a slight escape or relief from the day to day, but nothing ever changes. Same pattern, different moments, over and over again. Until you start wondering if this is just what life is; if you can ever be you true, unfiltered self.
What If You Could Find A Different Way Forward?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT, said as one word) isn't magic. I can't wave a wand and make it so you never feel pain. But I can teach you something even cooler.
I can teach you how to move forward even when pain is present. To break free of patterns that are holding you back. To show up to your life fully and connect with what matters. To truly live your values and be yourself. Even when it's hard.
And that to me feels pretty magical.
Maybe you're looking for therapy, or are a therapist and want to learn ACT. Maybe you just want to poke around and see what free stuff I have to offer. Whatever you need I hope you find it here. And I'm happy to be a part of your journey, even if it's a small role.
